Even if it was cloudy day, I enjoyed my day there! There is a lot to see and food and drinks are quite expensive! So bring yours! Enjoy the views and start it earlier!

A large park with all kinds of hikes and sights. We took the train to the Hualien station and got an 8 hour tour for $3600 NTD from a local taxi driver. Well worth it.

Is a must visit. I read a lot about it, and though it was cloudy, it was beautiful. There were a lot of tour bus, but we were just a bit ahead of them, so, it was not too busy.

Very nice place to drive through, and enjoy the scenery. Most of the time quite busy with buses and a lot of other cars.

You have to experience it personally. It's very windy up the Hehuang Mountain. So keep warm. The ranges has different beauty to behold. Cannot be expressed.

Good place to learn about the origin tribes of Taiwan. Such a beautiful place. You can see the force of nature who shaped the beautiful scenery.
