This is one of the crowded area, located at the mrt and hsr, very convenience to everything you named. Worth a walk around and kills some time in kaohsioug.

As for the movement in Taiwan, HSR is basic now, and HSR ZUOYING station which is a window of Kaohsiung. We can buy a souvenir before departure, or can take a meal after arrival. We can finish all it here without leaving from the station.
