Over the years that I have been going to the Arusha National Park, I have seen a drastic decline in animals but it is well worth a visit for the walk with the ranger and the many, many, many Flamingos that we saw.

Wonderful park for people just passing through with not much time on their hands, or if just trekking Mount Kilimanjaro.

A beautiful park with spectacular views of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro. There are lots of grazing animals to look out but no big cats. Nice for a day trip but still quite pricey. Fine for cars without 4 wheel drive. I'd recommend doing a walk and a canoe trip.

We experienced close encounters with many giraffes, water buffalos, warthogs, baboons and lots of teaching about the park, plants and the native people.

First day in a Tanzanian Nationla Park and all went so well. We saw lions, giraffes, wilder east, warthogs and many deer. All looked natural and healthy.

I went to this park for a day with 2 friends. We had an awesome time and were able to see most of the animals we wanted to see. This park is more affordable than some of the other parks in Tanzania, and it is full of wildlife. We were able to see lions sleeping near the road under a... More

The ARusha National Park can certainly not be compared with Krueger or other great wildlife resorts, but it's a geat visit for those, who have not been on a Safari yet. Yous ee Elephants, Giraffes, Antilopes and many other animals very close and the Safari was certainly worth spending the time and the money. I would come all the way... More

Arusha National Park is close to Arusha and Moshi and not far from the airport. It's close enough to even swing by before heading to the airport. It is a chance to see some of the populat herbivores in a montane setting instead of the savannah, to see lush mountain forests, and to see some animals that are not in... More
