Pleasant shaded monastery on the hill at the south end of Hua Hin beach. Main feature is the tall Buddha statue, and the monkeys that are fed there. Always be cautious of monkeys – they can move very fast and will grab and steal anything!...More

We've came here with friends to visit the temple and meet the bold monkeys. The please looks shabby. The weather was terrible and maybe that a bit spoiled my impression but the view is great and monkey gangs you should definitely see. One of a...More

Don't go if you are scared of monkeys, as they are everywhere. You can either walk up from the beach, the way I did or drive up from the other side. Compared to other Thai temples this is a small temple with flight of stairs....More

This temple is not very well kept. There were also nuns that kept asking me to donate to the temple even though I had already done so inside. Lots of monkeys around, but luckily not at the temple itself, but on the road and parking....More

This is a small temple but with great view. Walk up the steps from the foot to reach the temple and catch a nice sea view. Beware of the monkeys though as they snatched away my son's water bottle. They are attracted by foods. After...More

Nothing special about the temple, about 100+ steps to the top. You can enjoy spectacular view of the coast line at Hua Hin from here. Windy. A lot of monkeys around. Behind the hill, a good seafood restaurant, named La Mer that comes with solo...More

Despite the 'poor' rating I still recommend a visit. It's just not a very impressive wat and the surroundings are quite run down and a bit of a mess. There don't seem to be many significant Buddhist sites in Hua Hin so it's a real...More
