Expected more non food stalls, but 90% is food. But the food is good with a lot of variety. From western food to Thai food you can find it all, with different fusion versions

It is a quiet place a the end of south street of Hua Hin. Lot of tourists, thai or foreigner. Lot of different food, good quality at good price. A little disapointed by the "market" itself as, in reallity, there is less shops for market...More

We simply loved the Tamarind and the Cicada markets! A lot to see and buy, great smells and wonderful people! Out impression was that the Cicada market seemed a bit more expencive/exclusive than the Tamarind market, which was our absolutely favourite. The Tamarind seemed to...More

Nice cheap place to go and a great range of food. Be aware, at the back of the front market, there is another food market behind, best variety and cheaper too. We bought big chicken / vege skewers for 20 baht at the back, same...More

A great place for great local food and music. I prefer the tamarind market compare to cicada market. Certainly the tamarind market is offering more food and less locally made items. Food wise cheaper than cicada market. Thursday - Sunday open from 6pm. Great place...More

Lovely market next to the Ciccada Market. It’s open on Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday evenings and it’s very reasonably priced for fresh food. Mainly Thai but you can also get pizza and barbecued meat. Great atmosphere. Live Thai band playing. Great cocktail stall too! I...More

It's a small outdoor market that is nice and clean. Variety of good inexpensive food stands that leaves one hopping from one to another to try different foods. Cornerstone for me was the BBQ food truck that serves western style pork ribs and mash potatoes....More

This bubbly little market has grown considerably over the last few years and the variety of food and drinks on offer is amazing. Great prices and all very fresh and appetising. Thai and Western options so many choices! Probably better than the Cicada Market it...More

Thursday through Sunday. Definitely open on Friday from about 5PM if I remember correctly. Easy to amble between Tamarind and Cicada marekts - side by side, but I found Tamarind better for food. Enjoy - it is nice
