Lovely place but workers attitude is a damper

First of all, as far as taking care of the elephants go, this place is doing a great job. We had two guides and only one of them carried a stick with the sharp hook and they... read more

Have you tried elephant trekking in the forest, If not, you'll find it refreshingly fun to do it in Krabi, just like we. Do it in the morning, where the air is fresh and windy. What a comfortable ride on the back of an elephant while it slowly carry you through the forest and across the rivers. I've joined the... More

I booked this on the day with the camp. They picked us up in a van at 11 and we picked up a couple of other tourists. Then 20 minutes later, we arrived at the camp. WOW! My first reaction was shivers down my spine. A real elephant was walking in front of me. My 3 year old daughter and... More

As we drove in we saw an elephant trainer beating his elephant for no reason as the elephant was doing what the trainer wanted. Avoid this place!

Unbelievably good day trip! Incredible friendly staff. Picked us up from our hotel at no extra cost which was a half hour drive away. Really made the kids day as enjoyable as they could and couldn't do enough to make sure everyone had fun! The elephants are really well looked after in a lovely environment and are really friendly. Would... More

This is the first experience for myself and my family to ride an elephant. My 7 year old son Syree enjoyed it!! The staff and mahut at Nosey Parker's Elephant Camp made the experience an awesome one. Value for money as we had a Van pick us up from our hotel at Peace Laguna Resort to the location. Enjoyed the... More

I wasn't all that thrilled about elephant riding - given how our current attitudes are going, but my daughter was dead set on experiencing something to do with them, so we did all the research we could and came up with Nosey Parkers. The "ride" was short, the mahout was nice, the surroundings were beautiful. No baby elephant show, no... More

We researched before going to ride elephants, Nosey Parkers seem to have the perfect environment to care for the elephants all year round. From the moment we arrived Joe ( Joke) made it his mission to ensure the day was wonderful and informative. We learn so much about the elephants, the environment they needed, the plants and vegetation that grew... More

Pickup from the hotel was punctual and van airconditioned. We were a bit thoughtful about whether to support something that's awfully close to mistreatment of animals. Decided to give it a go anyway. We were a bit suspicious when it had to be paid before the experience, unfortunately our fears were realized. It was interesting and fun to ride the... More

First of all, as far as taking care of the elephants go, this place is doing a great job. We had two guides and only one of them carried a stick with the sharp hook and they didn't even had to use it. The other guide just had a small bamboo. They did an excellent job of guiding the elephants... More

I didn't want to ride the elephants but we came to see them and were given a walking tour around the camp (without going into the trek area in the jungle, obviously). Our guide explained the elephants' daily routine and where they sleep etc. He also showed us where and how paper products are made from dyed elephant dung! We... More
