Absolutely amazing trip! Northern Thailand is stunning. The people are amazing. The views are spectacular. We went to Mae Sariang first - an attempt to gradually prepare us for the bendiest roads between Soppong and Pai. A good recommendation. It was a fantastic trip from...More

We haven't yet found anyone who did the loop the same way as us, using public transport for the whole loop. We had been warned not to use minibuses as they have a poor reputation, however there are now only minibuses on the northern section...More

This is definitely one of the most attractive parts of Thailand, with many natural, cultural and archaeological attractions. The Pai-Phang Ma Pha-Mae Hong Son section in particular offers many interesting sightseeings.

Awesome. Scenery is stunning. Most roads are OK when not dug up and plenty places to stop enroute for coffee, drinks, fuel and sightseeing Love this route !

Unforgettable motor bike ride. Six times now and still keen to do again soon. The road surface is now very good and improving every year. Bends, coffee shops and buffalo will keep you alert.

The best way to discover northern Thailand. Rent a 150cc scooter or a big bike and start your journey from Chiang Mai. The quality of the roads is excellent apart from a few occasions. It's a motorbike paradise and you can see the real countryside...More

From Aug1st 2017 onwards, you can pick up your MHS Loop Certificate of Conquest at Cafe station, opposite Post Office. They have new version of certificate. Worth to grab yours.
