This temple is situated on the slopes of a hill and once there, the view of the town below is amazing. There are stalls to purchase some items and places to eat, the temple is crafted with precision and attention to detail.
Go at 5pm when it’s cooler, take the walk - don’t be lazy - it’s excellent. The temple is fascinating as it holds the remains of Buddha’s chief disciple, but the views - oh the views... sun goes down at 6pm so get there before...More
