Nice beach shame about the construction

Lovely classic thai beach with amazing views....sadly construction going on behind. No restaurants except one in hotel.

We visited asked & there is no longer swimming with elephants at Tri Trang, there hasn't been for a "couple of months". The beach is pretty, but rocky & shallow at low tide. Ok restaurant & bar, good DJ.

Tri Trang beach was very small but this is where you are able to swim and take photos with the elephants. I have been to about 3 elephant places and this one was by far the best!. The elephants are very well looked after and are kept cool by going in the sea. They are not chained up and walk... More

Was a little difficult to get there but did not take long from Patong. I liked here more than Patong beach because quieter and cleaner.

I wanted to see Elephants while in Thailand and I was not sure where to go to see them in the water. I talked to someone on the beach and they told me and my friend to try here and there were elephants and jet skis. I was so happy because most places were too far and too pricey to... More

Whether you want water sports, walking, relaxing, etc., this destination has it all. Perhaps a bit over-commericialized for some, but we had a great time.

A small beach with few people making it the ideal place to sunbath and swim in peace. You should visit it now as development projects are starting to rise so this place will probably loose its charm in a couple of years.

Beautiful beach to visit on motor bike to far on foot. 5 star hotel being built now, only starting with foundations.
