Short visit is enough but still worth of it. This building were heart of the city. We took some really nice pictures here ;)

With all the beaches and resorts, it was hard for me to associate Monastir with a graveyard. Well, it is still worth a visit because the surrounding area has beautiful architecture. It would be interesting if you are into history of Tunisia, to know something...More

You can tell by the mausoleum that Habib Bourghiba and his family were highly held in the Tunsian society even though many people disapproved of him as well, but seems to have withheld a prominent place. The mausoleum is shaped as a mosque with domes...More

This has limited opening times but it’s worth a visit. We got in because we had a Tunisian with us and we tipped the security guard. So beautiful inside and well laid out to show the history. Not been ruined by the usual tourism stuff....More
