You should leave the main road and have to ride an extra 20 minutes to see the ruins. You will need about two hours to complete your visit. I think timing is important and best times for visit are late spring, summer and early fall....More

It is very close capital Ankara.I live very near Tumulus.There is no bus connection from Ankara to Gordion Tumulus.However I can help you for transportation.
