Not much else to wander round but worth visiting. Shame you cannot go right down into the arena due to safety.

Visited this historic site whilst staying near Side (Pronounced Sid-Hay). 20 lire (£2.50) to enter and well worth the experience to walk freely around the entire site with very few restrictions! Highly recommended and an absolute must. For those that do not wish to pay...More

Really nice surprise to find such a monument next to beach resorts. It is worth the visit! In the center of Side next to a lot of other ruins of the real old town. And they play opera 4 times during summer. Such a treat.

Hi, not sure about Hotels in the area but if you use Tripadvisor and add filters it’s very good at finding just what you need. The whole area around the amphitheater has restaurants within a five min walk in any direction... More

They would always be open, as they are all clearly seen by the side of the road, just walking along the footpaths will bring you to all of the ruins, there are no entry points. Its a lovely walk on the beach path, then when... More
