a nice place to visit. educational-about chimps in general..their habits and lifestyle. also learned about the rehab procedure and efforts to re-introduce them into the wild. boat ride about 45 minutes across Lake Victoria from Entebbe. restaurant. bathrooms. small gift shop.

You can take a taxi from Kampala from the the old Taxi Park and then the ferry over to the island. However, many people book through a travel firm and they are picked up from the hotel and taken to the island and back. If... More
