Botanical Garden of Chernivtsi National University is a wonderful place for relaxation! It was once a park adjacent to the residence of the Austrian monarch (currently, Chernivtsi National University), when the city was part of Austria. Students, who study there, are allowed to go to the garden and enjoy their break.

We were there in the second half of April. Lots of flowering trees, in particular different species of Magnolia. Situated at the end of Central Park. Worth spending an hour in good weather.

A place to see that I know you will not regret seeing it,as soon as you walk into the grounds look at the tiles on the roof the design is something out of this world. We had a tour guide that took us through the different buildings, just to much to explain you have to see it yourself.
