I did the Eat Hoi An tour which was an extensive tour of Hoi An's street food. Walking around with the guide, Phuoc was remarkable. He knew each and every vendor and gave such a great background of all the food we tasted. Loved the tour and would highly recommend it! Definitely come hungry!

We booked this tour at the last minute and were so glad we did. Our delightful guide met us at our hotel with bikes and we cycled into the old town to the market. Our guide explained all the wonderful items available in the market and we picked up the items we would need later for our cooking class. From... More

Phuoc is very professional and knowledgeable. We took the street food walking tour, and it was excellent. He thinks of everything - he even gave us bags to carry utensils and hand sanitizer, napkins, notebook with list of foods, etc. We tried foods we never would have known to try and learned exactly what was in them and how to... My wife and I took the Street Food Tour with Phuoc just before the Tet holiday. The tour is exactly as advertised ... a tour of many-many street food vendors. There are a lot of stops and lots of food. All of the food was excellent and we went to many places we might not normally have gone to. Phuoc... More

Did the street food tour with Phuoc. Phuoc is a knowledgeable and fun guide. The tour is as it states - a walk around the area of the old town stopping at over 6-7 street vendors and tasting a variety of food. It focuses on the few streets just out of the ancient town. Right at the start one realizes... More

A tour of the market...a bike ride (or optional taxi) through rice fields and water buffaloes. Then, a tour of the vegetables grown on the property (and a chance to plant some yourself), and a really fun cooking lesson making spring rolls, baked fish in banana leaves, and grilled chicken with lemon leaves. Finally, lunch by the river (including some... More

We had the most delightful time at our cooking class! First of all we visited the local market and with Na, where she showed us what to select and why. She was very informative and entertaining! Then we took our bicycles along with the groceries through the rice patties to a local village. There, we were shown the organic garden... More

Great experience on our first day in Hoi An. We took the street food tour with Phuoc and were lucky to have him all to ourselves. Over the course of roughly four hours, we ate around 15 dishes and covered a few miles on foot. Keep that in mind before booking: you'll eat a lot and cover a lot of... More

Really enjoyed the cooking class. Started out with a trip to the market then biked a short distance to a local village. Found the herb garden the most interesting which I did not expect. We made several dishes and had plenty to eat. The instructor was on the newer side (not Phuoc) and while a bit difficult to understand was... More

We decided to take this very expensive option for the street food tour in Hoi An as Phuoc had so many glowing reviews that he made the experience really special and worth it. Unfortunately, we didn't get what we paid for as he didn't even run the tour! He now has a (very nice) young girl helping him run the... More

Hi Natasha, I'm really sorry you felt disappointed with the tour. Na has been training with me (attending the street food tours as an assistant) for almost a year. Previous to that she worked for Miss Vy for almost two years at Cargo and The Market, where she ran the cooking class market tours and introduced visitors to the street... More
