Twice a month a flea market is held. The 18th and 28th of the month included a variety of vendor stalls. Many with locally crafted goods.

I was really impressed by the content of this museum. It had some beautiful suits of armor and also some beautiful swords. Further into the exhibit they showed some history through paintings and wall hangings. I thought it was an interesting place to visit however...More

Cost 1200 yen to get in which by Japanese standards is a lot. You have to be quiet in there and although the collection is good and beautifully displayed, it was spoilt by the 'high brow' attitude.

A great place to see a Japanese garden in Nagoya! Plus, they have an exhibition of Samurai items from the area. Try to visit in Spring or Autumn for the seasonal flowers or leaves in the gardens though.
