The word 'museum' doesn't fit this attraction. It is two buildings: a factory and a shop. In the factory, you can make your own giant rice cracker, which takes about 20 minutes, tops. If the factory is open, you can watch employees make rice crackers....More

Senbei museum is an attraction more than a "museum". The main attraction was the opportunity to make senbei crackers yourself - first you heat the raw cracker, then you draw your own design on it. It's fun and educational, but really for kids. I was...More

The kids can grill at 300 C their own cracker and the paint with Doha sauce and then grill at 400 C. As u have to turn all the time you ll enjoy the temperature.

It was interesting to make the rice cracker by myself! And also you can buy some sweets there. But it's not a place to spent a lot of time. 30 minutes is enough

If you like rice crackers, this is definitely worth seeing even if you don not care much for them. It is a well organized tour for both Japanese and non-Japanese speakers. They have a miniature version of the processing plant as well as a viewing...More
