Not much more than a statue that greets you as you exit the station - a good meeting point though. Nice when the illuminations happen, as he's surrounded by a giant pink peach. nice bit of history though.
As you exit the station you can cleary see this statue.

I didn't even realize this was a tourist attraction-I lived in Okayama for a few months and walk past this all the time, but no one's ever really stopping to look at it. I don't even know if there's a sign.
Momotarō met and befriended the talking dog, monkey and pheasant depicted in the statue as he fought a band of demons. The statue is outside the Okayama Rail Station and offers a nice place to sit, people watch and wait for your train.
