Very pleasant and clean park. Close to the bay and great for an evening picnic or spending time with friends and family. I used this area quite a bit as part of my evening walk. Feels like a nice place to be.

We walked from the cruise terminal along the park with hundreds of other walkers, ending on the Motomachi Shopping Street: Rodeo Drive of Japan. The gardens were very well maintained and the roses were spectacular.
