Bad Experince

It was our first time been to this mall and first place to visit was the foodcourt . But very dissapointed that once we entered, there was very digusting smelly, and the foodcourt service was very poor. For the management should do something on it .

Mall looks dated.
Dec 2019
The mall looks dated as it was built in 2008. I like Aeon Department Store as there are many fitting rooms & I did not have to queue nor hurry while changing. They had a promotion whereby if you spent RM450, you could get a Christmas plushie. So I went to the counter at about 3 pm & was told it had all been given away. What? That's fast.

There was a big Thai Odyssey outlet but I did not visit it as I heard that the prices charged were rather high. I looked at the huge poster of its spokewoman & she seemed to be a money grubber. Ughs!

The cubicles here had no toilet paper at all. I went to the toilet several times with my daughter as we spent the whole day there. Even the main toilet roll dispenser outside was empty too. Do bring lots of tissue paper if you intend to spend the whole day here.

Good local shopping mall
Dec 2019 • Family
Easy to get to by taxi or grab. Exchanged my currency from there, found soft play centre for my kids there with surprised cleanliness and fun to play in. Nice food court and plenty of eateries around. A supermarket conveniently located there if you need any daily supply. Definitely worth a visit!

4 stars for the lack of Singaporeans
Nov 2019
Compared to the other malls in JB, the lack of Singaporeans is actually a plus.
Not only is the mall not as crowded, but the entitled behaviour of shoppers south of the border is a refreshing change.
Down side is that the reason why less Singaporeans visit this mall is that the variety of shops is not great and the prices are not much of a bargain.
But if having a leisurely afternoon shopping and eating without the hustle of huge crowd is your cup of tea, then give this mall a try.
Besides, I did snag some bargains in some of the stalls, with the aforesaid slow and patient shopping.

Great neighborhood mall
Dec 2019 • Couples
We discovered this mall during our last trip with the kid to legoland. Took CW3 instead of CW7 due to its higher frequency and chanced upon it. It has a cinema with very good quality seats, restaurants and a big Aeon supermart. This time round, we went in without our kid, caught a movie (10rm per pax on a weekday!) And got a massage at thai oddesey.. had yummy shabu shabu, shopped, and left around 730pm via tuas checkpoint back to sg. It's a less crowded mall compared to citysquare, has no uniqlo, but is good enough. One thing though, the toilet in the first floor was closed both times i visit (2wks apart) and the toilet on the second floor had a tap that would stop flowing. Each time i went, i had to manually stop the tap but most people don't bother. I cringe whether visiting and seeing the precious water flow away. To the management: if the tap is spoilt, leave a sign to tell people not to use it perhaps?

Average Mall
Dec 2019
If you want to go shopping this is not the place, because the brand is so so. But they have indoor playground for only RM18/kids unlimited time. the playground is not so big but they have trampoline and bouncy castle that can keep my girls engaged for more than 2 hours. The cinema also looks nice and cheap. We have our lunch there in Vivo restaurant level 1 which is delicious with reasonable price.

Many choices of menu and best cakes
Sep 2019 • Couples
Our family loved their cakes especially the Chocolate Indulgent. As per food Chicken Gordon Bleu, Macaroni and cheese, Fish and Chips, etc. Once a while, we also tried their Asian dishes like Nasi Goreng with Satay(Fried Rice with Chicken Skewer), Vietnam Noodles, etc. Services crew always friendly.

nice place if you wish to buy groceries and grab a dinner. Not so crowded and basically can get mostly anything you need at the supermarket.

CW3 : Jurong East bus terminal to Aeon Mall - Bukit Indah
Aug 2019
Singapore to Bukit Indah
We took CW3 from Jurong East bus terminal which is next to Jurong East MRT to Tuas checkpoint. It costs SGD4.30 per adult using ezlink card. If paid by cash, it is SGD$4.50. The ticket shows From : Jurong East and To: Larkin Terminal.

After clearing Singapore immigration, at the exit, turn right and walk to the end of the road and join the queue for CW buses. You can take either CW3 or CW6 buses to go to JB checkpoint (CIQ).

There are 2 rows for JB immigration. It is separated by a narrow road. If the counters behind are manned, you can also get your passport stamped there.

After clearing JB immigration (CIQ) walk straight and you will see a CW staff sitting at one of the bus bay. You can tell him that you want to go Bukit Indah and he will tell you to continue walking straight and join the queue for big sign with No. 1. It is for CW3 bus. Look for signboard which shows Bukit Indah.

Sit on the left in the bus and about 20mins into the ride, you will see Aeon Mall. Alight at the sheltered bus stop at the same side of Aeon Mall.

Bukit Indah to CIQ
At the same sheltered bus stop which you alighted earlier, wait for CW3 bus. Ask the driver if CW3 is going to CIQ. It costs RM5 per adult.

The ticket will show Dari: Jusco Bukit Indah and Ke: Jurong East Interchange.

Some CW3 bus may be going to Perling Mall. Do not board.

After you cleared JB checkpoint, walk straight and wait for CW3, CW4 or CW6 and board. Ask the driver if he is going to Singapore checkpoint.

Look for big sign, Arrival, for entrance to Singapore checkpoint. Even if you have nothing to declare at customs, you need to scan your bags at the x ray machines before you use the automated gates to enter into Singapore.

After you cleared Singapore checkpoint, turn right and walk to the end of the road. The queue for CW buses is CW3 on the left and other CW buses on the right. CW3 bus will bring you back to JE bus terminal.
