Initially, we only booked two dives for that day and since both those dives took place near this marine park, this is where the diving company brought us to have lunch. As we arrived in our separate boat we could see the big amount of people already there - there were so many tourists. The diving agency gave us a... More

Due to the haze we had to travel to Penang instead of Langkawi which made the ferry ride to Pulau a little longer. We knew what we were in store for but were hoping to be rewarded with amazing snorkelling and abundant sea life! For our first session in the sea, sadly this was not the case ..... the sea... More

We were a little put off when we saw the size of the boat to the Marine Park and numbers of visitors but actually it was very well organised from the bus pick up to issuing of snorkels and masks and lunch. Coral is not htat special but quite a lot to see snorkelling off the platform and then the... More

Let nature recover, there will be nothing left in 10 years. It's filthy and polluted. I'm guilty of going but people are just animals.

this was the best day of our life! the main purpose of our trip to langkawi was to see corals and fish. the water was clear and we saw many species of colourfull fish, even small sharks - they were harmful. we got lucky because the day we went was not so crowded. i recommend this trip, don't miss out!

There are far too many people arriving each day to the marine park. It is not big. With the area available for snorkelling very limited, and if you manage to fight your way to the "coral" then you will be disappointed very bleached and almost non existent. Only saving grace is a few black tip reef sharks.

We booked a trip. We had to take the ferry from dataran square to the island. The water was clear. I did not snorkel past the floating island but there was not much to see. The island was crowded. No fresh water to shower. I do not remember the office i booked from but the tour guide name was jack.... More

This is a must do activity in Langkawi. Enjoyed spending a good few hours in the water. Tour organizers were a bit unorganized but otherwise fantastic (North Marine). Make sure you get away from the unconfident swimmers that stay in the shallows, the abundance of sea life is much greater in the deeper waters.
