Not worth the 15RM we each paid, very empty and dirty. Needs repair and cleaning. We didn't even try the main hot spring, only the foot one and painful stone walk.

Put aside the private spa & jacuzzi which I didn't try.
Paid RM10 for general pools. Not worth a penny! Lack of maintenance. Only 2 pools were hot spring, male well & female well. Dirty and full of algae. The hot water flow was really bad. Only small area (female well) is hot water. Male well is hot but very dirty. You won't soak your foot when you see the condition. Don't waste time.

Badly maintained place, not worth a penny.

The place is filthy full of moss. Mungkin dapat penyakit dari menyembuhkan penyakit.

Its beautiful place to walk around, kinda gross to dip your feet,no hot water in sight. Nice storytelling about the origin. Sadly quite abandoned.

The hot spring is not well maintained. There are lichens and algae growing in the pool to dip your feet. Don't bother to go as it is a waste of money and time.

The whole complex is under massive reconstruction and is nothing to see or even to do. The whole place is dated and from all what there supposed to be is not. They charge a fee 15MR is not a lot, but too much for what you get. Dont even think to go there. Maybe after five years.

Eeeek yucks! DO NOT GO! The whole place looked like it was last maintained donkey years ago. It was filthy and deserted. All the facilities they claimed to have, like the jacuzzi, massage and spa have stopped operating. Even the playground was in a terrible state. The ponds were totally covered with algae and reeks a stench. Only God knows if they are a mosquito breeding ground. It’s best they just close the place up if they can’t see its potential.

Try not go to this place, not well maintained - the spring water is dirty. Full algae. No Jacuzzi as mention in brochure.

To be honest, my daughter and I were both sceptical after reading the reviews here. But to our surprised, this natural gift on earth was what we needed. After going through a knee surgery earlier this year, my daughter suggested for us to visit as it was thought to be good for healing, including for her skin issues. The natural saltwater hotsprings was delightful. In fact, we came back the next day to enjoy the jacuzzi as werent prepared the first time around. And everyone here was friendly. Definitely felt welcomed. Highly recommended for those wishing for some healing. If you’re looking for some super clean pool from a natural hotspring, go find yourself a swanky spa. For rm10, this is value for money and the jacuzzi...rm129 for 2 is definitely worth it too.

Reviews in Internet is well beautified and promoting it as one of the places of intetest. A hot spring that has different scientific reasons.
In real fact:
1. Charges are RM10 for adults n RM5 for snr citizens but in the website it's indicated at RM 5 for adults
2. There was no one when we visited the place, pratically looked desserted. There were no staff either except for at the entrance to collect the entrance fees and to provide the wrist tag (which am still puzzled what was the purpose of it)..
3. The place was poorly maintained. Water looked dirty, mosquitoes breeding.
4. As earlier mentioned no staff in sight available to guide or even ans queries.
5. Worse of all... we thought of just trying out since we have visited the place, dipping our feet into the little so called "hot spring" we had dead baby frogs floating!
A disgusting and unforgettable experience which we regretted choosing in the entire holiday. Not forgetting all the insect bites my kids got.. 😫
