Excellent experience. The highlight of our trip. Everyone who comes to Langkawi must do this. Even my 7 year old was thrilled by it. The pilot is experienced and is very good at riding the motorised glider.

Pray hard so the weather would be kind enough to shine on u! That’s the only issue I had, lol. But the operator was very attentive though I had to reschedule my paragliding time cos of the heavy rain. It was a great experience! Thanks for taking care of me.

Fantastic! The best activity in Langkawi! You feel so free and peaceful in the air. My wife and I had an unforgettable experience flying with Jurgen (Mogli) over the Cenang beach. He is such an experienced pilot and a very nice person. Made sure that we had a wonderful time. After you try once you will want to fly over and over again. Unfortunately we could only do it twice because of our schedule and the weather conditions. We are coming back for sure! 👍😁

First time trying out paramotor and it was a thrilling experience. Being a trained military parachute jumper, I am confident of the skills of the pilot and the safety of the equipment. According to the pilot, he has over 3000 flight hours and is also a paramotor instructor.
There are some limitations of the flight. Before the flight, I requested if its possible to do a high G spin during the flight. As its situated near the airport, the max altitude is only 300ft, which is not high enough to do such a manoeuvre. Flight time is approximately 15-20 mins (for RM250 which is pretty reasonable) which is more than enough to enjoy and snap plenty of photos and videos.
Those who want a slightly more thrilling experience, you may request the pilot to do a fast turning descent while it is above the beach.
Langkawi Gliders do not have a physical shop/office as they are run by enthusiasts who will only bring the equipment down on scheduled appointments. Their stated location on google maps is merely a place to meet, prepare their equipments, taking off and landing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to those who had never done paramotor before and it is a must do in Langkawi. Not sure if I would ever come back to Langkawi in the future, but because of this flight, would definitely want to do it again in some other places if theres a chance.

This was a amazing experience. The glider is well experiencd and you feel in safe hands. Once up in the sky the scenery is indescribable. I was lucky enough to do this activity at sunset and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

This is an awesome experience and a must when one visits Langkawi. The view from the top were spectacular!!! Loved the experience. We were total of 6 people who did this and everyone had the same reaction after the ride. The crew and the pilot are professionals.
A few things to remember:
1) Plan in advance but keep a backup plan as well. We had to reschedule our plan twice due to weather conditions and wind speed. While the Langkawi Gliders crew are helpful, but they can't really much if the weather conditions don't favour.
2) Plan this activity during the start of your trip. Then one will have time to reschedule for later if needed.
3) I recommend to take your camera with you. However, one has to be very careful as you can drop it easily.
4) Do carry mosquito repellent body spray incase one is planning to wear shorts.

Thanks for the travel tips. Weather here in Langkawi is unpredictable but once you are in the air, the view is spectacular and shouldn't be missed.

I planned my trip to Langkawi as wanted to do something special on my Wife bday and found good reviews for Langkawi glider on trip advisor but when we went it was much more than what we could have asked for. A completely once in a lifetime experience I am still puzzled why this doesn’t show in the things to do in Langkawi various videos on YouTube as they are reasonably priced as well and the time in air provided by them also is not small.
The pilot was very nice and so was Nadya (part of Langkawi gliders team ) and our full safety was very well taken care of also.
Overall a 100 / 100 worth experience to fly like a bird and set urself freee

The price is RM375/pax and we do offer price discount if you book for more pax per session. The price may vary from time-to-time and we do provide promo package updates via our website.
We can't tell you the exact duration for each flight session due to the nature of our business are depending on current weather basis.
