Grest memorable trips eith my friends. Thr seafood provided by my agency is awesome. There are three agencies at thr island, the agencies that i chose is the newest, so the toilet and other facilities are new and clean. Staff are friendly as well.

If you cannot take a little dirty environment, do not come here. However if you are used to backpacking and overnight in airport and bus station, I'm sure the comfort level of this place is not a problem. I have to state the above because...More

Things to improve 1. The tents were built in the wrong direction 2. The journey to the toilet and mass kitchen is far and filled with construction sites. 3. The tents you sleep in made you feel like you were in an oven 4. They...More

The signature of this place is blue tear but it wasn't that much as you can expect when you see the picture describing this place. That kind of picture most probably need special setting in dslr or edited. Don't get disappointed for that as you...More

WARNING! I just read on the Star Newspaper that this place is closed as of 1 April 2017, due to pollution, and the Sultan of Perak is not happy with the way things are being run. Can someone confirm if they really did close down already?

Phobia to lizard! when I first heard about blue tears, I wanted to visit Pulau Sembilan so much. After I Google, I found that I have to stay at the camp site and using the public toilet if I want to spend more time/ get more chances to see the blue tears in the midnight. I have no issue for overnight in a camp, but I am phobia to lizard (cicak) it drives me crazy and I can't even get into the toilet if there is one in there. For those who have been there, appreciate if you could share your experience whether there is lizard in the public toilet at Pulau Sembilan?

There is definitely a possibility of seeing cicak there....because the toilet is just NEXT to the jungle. But maybe I did not notice as I was busy trying to keep the toilet door closed against the strong wind. (there are no... More
