Great mall, great location, lots of shopping and dining options. Popular and luxury brands under one roof. In fact we went there every day during our stay in Penang.

This place has variety of things. Most are low end priced. We went during the school holiday period and it was packed. There are few good restaurants too.

The best of this mall is top floor. Near escalator there is normal staircase with windows and nice view over part of the city. Maybe it isn't as nice as nearby skywalk, but it's free. The rest is huge shopping mall full of shops.

Was after a pair of sunglasses for hubby and found some but there wasn't much going on in the mall. There was a history of Penang exhibition which was interesting.
