We Came on Sun 10 AM by taxi. Specialized on seafood and local fruit and vegetables. Great stuff and nice atmosphere. The farmers explained us all about the products. We learned a lot today.

Short version, just go to other shops and restaurants; don't bother with this place. The original Satok market area was a living, breathing heart of Kuching. However it has since been moved far from it's original location in Satok Road to the other side of...More
This is a weekend market where surrounding villagers come to in Kuching to sell their goods. Everything from meat to vegetables and fruits can be seen. There are also souvenirs stalls and local handicraft items being sold. The new market is located at Kubah Ria...More
This is a new market to replace the old one located in Jalan Satok. Parking was ample and spacious. However there are still empty stalls. Perhaps the location is too far from the origin.

The vast fresh food section is the best part of the market, but also enjoy the indoor and out plant section, the hawker centre and the various snacks on sale to sample and take home. It isn't too far to walk from the city if...More
