Very interesting and informative. Was a bit of hassle when I had to change my babies diaper. No facility available. Not even a table in the bathroom. Ended up changing it on the floor in the bathroom.

An interesting museum covering just about everything Namibia. Well presented displays, with English, Afrikaans and German descriptions. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here. Spend around two hours in the museum.... Great antique stuffs available to witness... Great place to visit for history lovers... The information about the uranium deposition in the country was quite attractive information for me... Overall great visit... The entry charges was 30 N$...

Nice colonial town. You can spend half a day exploring the town, and do some tours in the desert or go kayaking in Walvis Bay. Do be carefull at night, it's said not be safe after sunset.

Well worth a visit. Spend quite some time going through all the different exhibits. Really varied and covering the European and local history. Very nice shoppe with post cards and really funky posters. Very friendly lady at the desk. Gorgeous train exhibits.

We were delighted to find a real museum after the disaster in Windhoek with the so-called national museum. Exhibitions are of a high standard and one will learn as much as you like.

I forget how much local Namibian dollars but it is less than five Australian dollars so not much. It has a lot of interesting stuff to see and worth a visit. You need to spend at least an hour there to see everything
