This place has early German history of settlers arriving in Namibia. Provides you with a perspective of their lives then. If you have any German connection you'll find it useful. Even if you don't, the preserved building is worth to admire.

N$20 per person to climb up the tower for a great view of the city. Definitely worth it. ±90 steps to the top.
