We had a wonderful experience with Happy Jaunderer!
My friend and I went did a private tour (so it was just the two of us) and did the sardine snorkelling and the kawasan canoyneering.
We got picked up at 4am and arrived back at our hotel at 5pm — it was a long day but most of it was filled with driving (6+ hours in total of driving).
The snorkelling with sardines in moalboal was awesome, we only had to swim 10 metres from the beach and it was all right there! We even saw a turtle. We got given a life jacket and a snorkel and mask. We were out there for just under an hour.
Then, we drove 45 minutes to kawasan fall for canoyneering. We were also given life jackets and aqua shoes and then were taken in an open back truck to the beginning of the cayonyeering. We had the option to zip line (600 php) or walk (30 minutes) to the beginning of the canoyneering. The canoyneering itself was really relaxed and we felt really safe. Beautiful clear water and gorgeous views of the canyon.
After, we had a recovery meal which was nice and then got driven back to our hotel.
I would definitely recommend! Thanks Happy Jaunderer!

I had a great experience taking an all day food tour in Cebu. I was picked up by van and taken to great spots to not only see how some foods are made but also to try out great samples. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided great insight that I could use the rest of the trip. I highly recommend this tour company for your next trip.

I heard about Happy Jaunderer online and saw their positive reviews. I reached out and Kevin responded back. He was able to customize my families itinerary to our liking. They gave us great and knowledge local guides and drivers. They were able to take care of us from the time we landed to the time we flew out. You don’t have to worry about transportation, from airport to ferries and back, they handled it. I would recommend them again to anyone. Thanks for a memorable Bohol and Cebu trip.

My family trip in Cebu with the travel agency was fantastic. The whale shark tour, hopping tour, and safari park with a kind driver were really fantastic. If I visit Cebu again next time, I will definitely make a reservation here again.

Our family visited Cebu in January 2019 and found Happy Juanderer in Trip Advisor. Kevin from Juanderer helped us to arrange, last minute, a private day tour to Bohol Island. The arrangement was very nice and they managed to cater with personal attention to our last minute itinerary changes. Payment via wechat pay was very convenient as well. The tour itself was very enjoyable and we have the best trip operators we can ask for. Thank you Happy Juanderer and their team!

Dealing with Happy Juanderer from the start was smooth. We were booking from a different country so we couldn’t call them, we can only communicate through emails. Booking with Kevin was great, he gave us a lot of private tour options and catered to our schedule very well.
When we arrived at the airport, we met our tour coordinators (Reu and Judgen).
The highlight of our tours was canyoneering. We booked it for all of us but since my mom wasn’t physically able, we asked Reu to join us. I’m pretty sure she was hella scared but she went with it. I’m glad she did cause we had a lot of fun seeing her almost cry before jumping off cliffs.
Although Reu was still new as a tour coordinator and couldn’t answer all of our questions, Judgen made up for it. He may have the experiences of 1000 men cause he had all the answers.
I’d definitely book with Happy Juanderer again and you should too!

I messaged Happy Juanderer on Facebook and setting up our day was easy. We chose to do canyoneering + Kawasan falls & a trek up to Osmena Peak. The day started with a 4am hotel pickup and about a 3hr drive to start the tour. Our drivers Ferdie and Reu were GREAT! They made us feel safe, comfortable and were very easy going & personable. Our guide for canyoneering was Daryl and he was the best!! He took a lot of pictures of us with his own phone, since we weren’t able to take ours. He showed us some awesome places including a cave under a waterfall. It was so fun! I highly recommend Happy Juanderer when visiting Cebu! We can not wait to come back and visit again someday! Best day ever!

My husband and I did the Project Sursuroy 2 day tour as a private tour. Our tour driver was Mr Ferdie and Mr Mark (coordinator) and they were both great and put everything into making sure we had a great time. The email responses from Happy Juanderer were prompt and precise. We were picked up the first day at 3am from our airBnB and headed from Cebu City to Osmena peak. The van was super comfortable however the roads were pretty bumpy and we just dozed on and off. Unfortunately it was a steady drizzle and the peak was foggy but it was an interesting quick hike nonetheless.
We then headed to Oslob for whale sharks. Being that it was over chinese new year it was incredibly crowded and we were told they were limiting the amount of people snorkeling. We were able to switch to scuba and go right in. Had this not been an option and we were not able to see the whale sharks it would have been really upsetting. There were many whale sharks and it was very cool to see. We then went to tumalog falls and had to do a 2 minute ride on a motor bike, which I have never done, but it was fine. We stayed overnight in Moalboal in what appeared to be one of the nicer hotels and it was very adequate. I recommend eating at Venz, the sigsig and curry were delicious. The following day we were able to change the snorkel with sardines to 2 dives and saw many amazing creatures and the cool sardine run! We paid ~$80 extra for the 2 dives which we were so happy they could accommodate us! I highly recommend this although Im not sure it is an option if you do not do a private tour. We then went to Pescador island for snorkeling which after all the great sightings that morning diving was nice, but didn’t compare. We then went canyoneering which was amazing! I was a little trepidatious about the jumps but quickly conquered my fears (I did skip the last 2... but got fun videos of my husband jumping). The water was clear and the scenery stunning. Kawasan falls at the end was impressive as well. My husband had asked about Lechon and they stopped in Carcar on our way back at a market well known for its lechon. He said it was the most amazing thing he has eaten this trip! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cebu. Mark and Ferdie were a great team and we felt very well taken care of and could feel their passion for their jobs. Thanks Mark and Ferdie for an amazing time!

Hi,
What are the activities that are included in your tour package? Is is safe for a 9 year old? Does this include the Oslob tour-whale swimming?
What part of Cebu would you recommend for us to stay? We are looking into visiting Cebu sometime in July.
Thanks,
Lurleen

Hi Mel! It depends where do you want to go snorkeling? A snorkeling in Mactan is feasible for a half day itinerary. However, it we're going out of Metro Cebu Cities, an entire day is needed for the travel time.
Please send us an email so we can assist you accordingly. :)
