Standard shopping mall. No high end shops and not really any international shops except for fast food places. All the fastfood places seem to be unusually busy for 11am in the morning when I visited. Must have been because of school holidays. Would recommend trying Jollibees chicken as that is the most popular local fast food in the Philippines. The chicken was actually quite nice!

It was a nice mall. But it's designed for the locals not for tourists.
The taxi waiting point is near Starbucks but if you wait until near closing, it's very difficult to get a Taxi. Some taxi's try to offer a ride if people pay extra otherwise the taxi will leave.

I am very thankful that this mall has a family room since I'm a breastfeeing mom. However, I hope that the management of SM, or their 3rd party maintenance service providers check on their staff. I was in the breastfeeding room, breastfeeding obviously, at 3 pm, Jan. 4 2023, when 3-4 staff (i presume cleaners) went inside the family room and began their chismis session. And they were not talking quietly. They were sneezing, coughing, cursing, using profanity LOUDLY. I'm very sure this is not allowed in any parallel universe since they are obviously using facilities that they ahiuld not be using. They should not be there even if it is their break time. I'm sure SM provides a place for employees to rest during break time. I hope SM Cebu looks into this. Now I know a lot of info abt SSS, office fights, workplace bullying, etc.that I don't care for. They only stopped A LITTLE when a baby in the other room woke up and cried. But still kept talking. Que horror!

I love this mall - it is huge (3 floors if i recall correctly) & full of local brand which was exactly what i was looking for. Clothes there are pretty affordable as well & definitely cheaper than international brands. The clothes i bought were around USD10/piece or less.
There are many restaurants & small shops selling local baked goods & brownies that you can bring home as souvenirs.
I went on a friday night and the mall can be pretty crowded which can be expected of any mall on a friday night but definitely not suffocating/jam packed.
Highly recommend this place!

This is the only SM I have visited that charges money for motorcycle parking, 30 pesos. Then to make matters worse there was no package drop or helmet drop provided by SM at the motorcycle parking entrance so again you need to pay another 20 pesos each helmet just for the privilege of shopping at SMCity. Very poor showing that I am out 70 pesos before I buy anything. Shame on you SM. You people are rich enough!!!!

Conveniently located in front of our AirBnB, this mall has all that you need. Restos, grocery, drugstore, clothes, among others, are readily available. Buses and other means of transpo also found here, just don't come on a weekend. This place gets crowded and if you prefer the no-rush window shopping and the like, then come on a week day where less people are roaming the grounds.

Sm cebu is very accessible by public transport. It is beside two beautiful hotels, Radisson blue hotel and bayfront hotel, also the mybus terminal The mall is clean, safe and orderly. It is one of the busiest n crowded mall in cebu, tourists, students, locals n probinsyanos would visit this mall to shop, eat and unwind.

The mall is located by Radisson and as we stayed there we took a walk over to check it out. Plenty of shopping and eating. The mall as such seems to have seen its better days and if being a mall rat while traveling there are better options around.
