This is a really good place for foodies. They have a variety of food stalls likened to hawker stations abroad.
My recommendations:
Venue: IT PARK
Food:
For Soup on rainy days- Cansi by Raging Bull Cansi
For Hearty Food- Mi Goreng by Banana Pancake Trail
For Dessert- there are just too many but Mango is your best bet!

This place is an outdoor food market with over 30 stalls, great place to go and hang out with a group of people (friends and family). They cater to local and asian cuisines. They have a band playing at night. It gets very busy between 1900-2200(dinner time).

Super fun experience even tho I was solo- bring cash and your appetite. You’ll want to try everything! Had the lechon plate, pork sisig plate, and mango shake from 3 different places - kinda hard to sit (crowded) so I shared a stand up table. The food was all delicious and wished I was still hungry for the grilled balut but couldn’t do it. Definitely a must do when you are Cebu city- I went to the one in IT park which I believe is the original! So much fun and delicious!

Decided to visit the Sugbo Mercado and came away disappointed. Its a very busy place and easy to find a Grab taxi there but the food is way overpriced and seating is very difficult to get. We won't be back!

The food I ordered was just OK. Nothing special. I guess I should have ordered a different thing. Came here when it was raining so did not get to enjoy it much. Lots of choices though. So will definitely come back and try different food next time

Sugbo Mercado is a Place where Most all Kinds of Food are being served.
But the only problem is you have to wait for your table to be seated. First thing you have to do is look for Table then after find your food to eat.

Awesome weekend food market in IT park Cebu with so many vendors to choose from. From Mexican to Japanese, it's a night market that starts at 5pm to 1am every weekend from Thursday to Saturday. You will go crazy with their choices. They also have live bands. It's a foodies heaven!

This is a weekend food market nestled in the IT Parks. Well-organized stalls with dining area neatly laid out. I came here on a Saturday night, the crowd was good with liveband. It does not serve pure Filippino foods, more modern renditions of traditional fares. The Naked Native Chicken and the Ribs are a must eat. Easy to catch a GRAB Car here too. But avoid during rainy days. From the looks of it, doesn't seem like it will provide must shelter if there is heavy rain. Also, I couldn't locate the toilets. Funnily, there is a barber located next to this food market. A bit out of place but, who cares when you can eat and get a good haircut? Cheers.
