This is on of the places that non-locals of Iloilo must visit. This is one of the oldest houses in the city and also one that is well-maintained despite being such a tourist attraction. Always check their afternoon snacks especially their tsokalate eh!

the house is really nice to see, they really maintain it well, even the owner are still living there, they even have a video to introduce the place, and serve a very good native chocolate, altho charge 150 for the tour.

The experience of visiting an old house was quite refreshing. Connecting with the past; and giving value to old, worn out, & outdated fixtures make one understand how time has evolved so fast. I'd recommend this trip to visitors, it is equally educational & enjoyable.
