For someone who really loves tea it would be worth it to visit just to take a look around. The teaware selection is amazing, and those prices seemed quite reasonable. I bought two Georgian black teas, one compressed tea (but not a hei cha), an herb blend, and an in-house produced Nan Nuo sheng cake (although the last was from a shop in St. Petersburg; I visited both). I've only reviewed the black teas (I write a tea blog, tea in the ancient world) and they were nice, interesting, different, and a good value. In reviewing teas it's easy to get caught up in comparing every tea to the best of every other type but when versions are just a bit unique that counts for a lot. The staff was really helpful. We didn't use it or check into it but a small cafe / Gongfu brewing area looked really cool. The shop could've been easier to find, tucked away a bit off the more main street, but well worth finding. There is a website version of the business, and it might help to browse there first to get an idea of what you'd like. That's an easier form of shopping than talking through it all starting from "what kinds of teas do you like?," but looking at and smelling the actual tea goes a long way for the steps after that.

The entrance to this small cafe is just past and to the left of DIDU restaurant. Nice for a breather from your Moscow walking tour. Cozy and quiet...mostly locals.
