Large food market near Tulskaya metro station. The building is round in shape, around the circumference are a variety of cafes with national cuisine.
Here and Moroccan, Dagestan, Jewish, Armenian, Georgian and many others.
You can definitely choose something to your liking.
Here you can also pick up some of the products to take away.

It can be quite challenging to find high quality ingredients in Moscow. Actually, at times it feels nearly impossible. However, when you enter this market you find what you have been looking for: tasty fruits, fresh vegetables, real and tasty meat that can cater even to more extravagant tastes. Most importantly probably: you’ll find polite and friendly people - some might even speak English.

No longer a market near what used to be the Danilov Monastery. It is more like an assortment of stalls under one huge flat dome (built in 1963), offering tasty and interesting products, with fresh exotic fruits, dried fruits and goods from Central Asia, author's confectionery, spices and other unique stalls. Some cafes and takeaway restaurants, and a good Vietnamese restaurant. Under this roof there is probably a dish for every taste, but not for every pocket. Bearing the name "market" is misleading, as this is a market probably tendering more for tourists and citizens who are ready to overpay, than locals.

We got here after visiting the mosque and went around to enjoy it.

Amazing food market lots of opportunities to try a variety of Russian food among a spattering of international options. Good for a couple of hours of indoor when it’s cold as well. Easy to get to by metro

Toured the market for 2 hours with a guide (Maria) and tasted nearly a dozen types of foods — soup, dumplings, caviar, breads, deserts, etc.... and it was both fun and tasty and educational! Highly recommended.

A food lover paradise. This market provides flavors from many of the former Soviet Republics: fruit from Azerbaijan, dry fruit from Uzbekistan, food from Georgia and Armenia, plus all the modern versions of round the world food such as macarons, sushis, crêpes, tajines and more!
I loved it! Spent hours browsing and exploring!

We visited the place with a purpose of having local food. The place is not cheap for Moscow standard but it was beautifully displayed.

It was a sunny Sunday, a lot local came out and sit outside. There were an area with public game site, football table, kids areas and a live band called “underground” was playing. There were so good! It was the highlight of the sunny afternoon! Definitely with a visit.

Certainly you can buy fresh and cheap products there... this is more for locals
cheeses, local hams, sausages and other meats, superb fish and fruit and veg.
may not be the biggest one in russia but it is very clean inside and the products for sale are all fresh. It is very impressive strolling around the market... Worth a stop and pick up a snack or spices as well.

This is a place to go for great eastern food. Everything from Russia to Japan ( and in between)
Very good prices. It is a fish / meat / veggies market with lots of places to have a drink and food.
We took bus M25 from behind the St Basil Cathedral by Kremlin ( bus stop it’s on the bridge), it took 12 mins and you need just a simple ticket ( same as metro)
If you find the fish prawn bar , in the market , order a prawn burger, simply amazing
