Definitely worth a look in. 100 rub and it's partly labelled in English. Two floors of pictures, exhibits and facts about the founding of the city and various naval battles, with an emphasis on the naval leaders. Some weapons on show in the garden.

Several old pieces of WWII naval and army hardware outside of museum rusting away. Inside were many maps, documents, and paraphernalia but all were in Russian with most of them without English commentary. The museum did have guides but they only spoke Russian.
