It is in a Lenin square with an overlooking view of Amur River. You have walk up from the riverside by the Muravyuv park to get. Just beautiful and breathtaking.

There do not seem to be as many churches and cathedrals in Khabarovsk as other cities. This one seems unusually tall and thin. Near downtown

Perhaps the cathedral's greatest feature is that it looms over the city. It is quite a trek up hill to reach it, but it is quite a nice cathedral. Views both inside and outside are worth the trek.

As one of the main cathedrals in Khabarovsk located on Komsomolskaya Square (itself quite an interesting sight) the interior and exterior warrant a walk-around. Worth a visit.

One of the main cathedrals of Khabarovsk it is known as Uspensky Cathedral or Assumption Cathedral. Its location in the Komsomolskaya Square is unbeatable. The building itself is quite modern (around 10 years) and was built on the same place of other older Uspensky Cathedral...More
