An absolute blast and so much adorableness. My husband and I took the class. I normally have to twist his arm to go to a yoga class but he loved this one and said he’d definitely do it again. The goats are very sweet, friendly and curious. They’ll come check you and your mat out while you’re trying to do your yoga poses. Sometimes they’ll decide to take a rest beneath you...or hop on top of you while you’re in a pose, or nibble on your ponytail. The class is appropriate for beginners - it’s more of a light stretching/breathing session with the added fun of baby goats in the mix.
