If you are interested in organ music you can listen to it and imagine youself in the place of Immanuel Kant who did the same several centuries ago.

The cathedral has organ, the biggest in Russia. Great concerts are twice a day, really worth listening to. German heritage, recently restored.

I would say that the cathedral is the biggest tourist attraction in Kaliningrad and I highly recommend visiting it. Close by there is also a very charming place in town called "Rybnaya Derevnia" which also deserves a stroll.

This place has even German history. Very beautiful old building where you can hear the organ or visit a museum of Kant. Also it reminds of church in German

Worth a side trip if you're in town. Marooned on its own island the cathedral gives a glimpse of what Kaliningrad might have been like had they rebuilt the old rather than putting up the flyovers and concrete monsters that currently blight the city.

Well, not sure about the cathedral, but the river island is the nicest part of Kaliningrad. Walkable and enjoyable enough.
