Great location for all types of shopping, food and back rooms. The main stream shopping is good with a lot of specials and variety. If you are looking for some back room fakes, they are available too. Pick a street hawker and tell them exactly what u want , negotiate hard and don't be afraid to walk out . Everything... More

I visit the street thinking that I will find good products with cheap prices but I found Chinese brands with higher prices.

Nice to see shopping street. I think it is the most famous pedestrian street in Guangzhou. You should see.

Many things to see and many interesting to buy but be careful cause there are many private sales who came closer to you and try to sell stuffs and sometimes they pick pocket.. watch out if you brings children.... protect them well and don't let any one comes near them.

Road closed to serve as a pedestrian mall. Big shade trees line the road. Historic roads from 7th century shown under glass. Good selection of stores for shopping, restaurants, and food stands. Trees decorated with big red lanterns. Pretty spot good for photos. Easy access by subway.

The Red Line of the Sightseeing Bus stops at the south end where you can change to the Blue Line. Some of us walked this street and came out on the other end where we waited for the next red line. Too crowded. Not organized. It will take a lot of time if you have an item you wish to... More

Lots of people. I live in HK. So this is a bit biased. Feels like Mong Kok and a little bit of Wan Chai thrown in (not the sleazy parts, just the crowded ones). Commendable preservation of the olden streets and the artefacts. Is it just worth visiting for that? Probably not. If you have time to kill, visit it... More
