Biggest advantage to visit during winter is that the park is empty. So you can enjoy a quiet walk listening to the birds. It's a very big park area with the flowers garden there. Views on lakes are pretty nice.

We have visited this park in Taiziwan by late March and found that the tulips were in full bloom. As we arrived very early in the morning, we could well managed to take photos around despite there were already many people there including school students...More

This was a very pretty and well kept park with a lake and waterfall ares as well as lovely walks and recreational ground. Refreshments were available from street food stalls near the entrance of the park.
