This is a quiet temple with a mysterious bamboo grove located near the Kokedera bus terminal. Most tourists overlook because of the bus stop name is another temple. Small garden and Jizo statues are also impressive.

This small temple is a treat to visit- not many people get there and so its a great place to walk around. Ive been twice- in summer and in fall. Fall is by far the best- the paths around are glorious.

After being kind lost in the surroundings we finally found the place. Tough small its so peaceful and give you a pleasant sensation of relaxation! Worth visit if the time in Kyoto is not short.
