Nice for a stroll

Much the same as any of the other covered malls in Osaka - lots of options for food, souvenirs, etc. A very pleasant walk.

You need to appreciate old old old things to like this. Very little interesting shops ... in my personal opinion. Not worth it.

I was looking for a place to shop and eat that wasn't such a tourist trap of expensive over prices stores and restaurants. Wanted to meander through side streets of local shops and restaurants. This is a MUST DO in Osaka. It's a all day excursion. Many locals shop here and the restaurants are great. From clothing to Japanese ceramics... More

This shopping street is very long, maybe around 2km. We can find a lot of local and cheap product store here. Different with shinsaibashi, here we cant found branded outlet. Good for looking cheap product in Japan

Great place if you absolutely love shopping but to be honest, a bit repetitive, especially after already visiting similar shopping districts. Still a good place to visit though if your looking for bargain buys or other things you couldn't find elsewhere.

Its a long area with shops flanking both side and seems to be busy pretty much all the time. From what I saw it appears you can find just about whatever you are interested in on the shopping front and some quick tasty bites if you are hungry.

If you have the time to look for cheap and nice clothing, go to this street and I am sure you will find suitable things for yourself. The prices here are much lower than Doton buri and Shinsaibashi.

You can literally spend one whole day here as they aint joking when they say it's the longest shopping streets in Osaka. Filled with stores, eateries and drugstore. There's never a dull moment as you walk down those streets.

This place has many shops and local people shop there. Did not see any foreigners, making it that much more fun. Places to eat and street food fantastic. Don't expect much English but typically enough to make a purchase.

When you get off the station. You walk across the street and the first shop on the right sell high end kimono cloth. You see a sign by the display window that says "This is not a tourist place. No visiting. No photography". We walk further down and we saw a pretty good restaurant on the right (pictures attached). You... More
