The Osaka station is located in the middle of the Lucua Mall on either side of it. The front entrance leads to the Umeda Sky Building and the Daimaru department store is on the back. Quick food on the go in the basement, restaurants on the top floors and shopping in between. If you happen to miss your train you... More

Combined with the Diamaru mall. you have a destination that you could spend hours! Shop till you drop, or till your credit card explodes. Food is available throughout the malls, and there is usually a FLOOR of eateries to choose from. WCs are aplenty everywhere. Too much shopping(?), rent a locker in the railway station below to store your purchases,... More

It's a nice place to sit down and relax, and at the same time, enjoy the beautiful setups of LED and neon lights. Tip: Come here at night to enjoy the beauty of the night lights.

You will get used to train stations integrated with more than a couple other shops and restaurants besides the standard-issue McDs, KFCs, or Mister Donuts. Place felt like you're in a big mall. Always find time to check Google Maps when it's your first time and never forget your train route's timetable -- as you'll easily get lost here and... More

This place to so expansive and it becomes very difficult for a tourist to get disoriented in the underground tunnels and pathways.

Really busy pretty much all day long as people go to and fro around Osaka and beyond via the trains. Lots of eating and shopping options as well to keep you occupied if you are waiting for a train.

Osaka station is huge with lots of shops and department stores. I found the underground system a bit hard to navigate although the trains run to a timetable and are on time. This station as i have said is huge and you can easy get lost here.

If you don't have must time in Osaka maybe in between business times?? And have a few hours to catch up the train, Osaka station is best for solutions. They have everything you need, restaurants and shopping. Again the sign and platform is very clear and easy. I love Japan train station.

It's an attraction in itself--to marvel at how the Japanese people have blended work, leisure, contemplation and cuisine all amidst the efficiency of comings and goings of speed trains and subways. From here, you can go anywhere in Japan.

Huge train station with some great architecture, plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping all around. You really get a feel for how populated the city really is when here.
