Great views - good infrmation and artifacts. Don't bother queuing to get the lift up - it only goes to 5th of 8 floors. Easy to walk up. Loved it here .... Nice surroundings ... not expensive - kids under 6 free. Worth a visit...More

Disappointing, reminded me of a school trip to the museum. Only if your itinerary has a gaping hole in it should you bother.

The moats around the castle are impressive as are the height of the walls. You can walk the 6 flights of stairs to the top lookout or use the lift The exhibits and the story of the Castle and the times is well worth it.

Beautiful facade and grounds. Nice displays of its history and it’s 8 stories high. You can wait in line for the elevator or take the stairs. We chose the stairs and it takes you to museum displays on that level until you reach the top....More

The castle stands proudly and boldly in the city with gardens and moats surrounding, yet it is easy to get to. It is hard to take a bad picture here, and free access to the door for everyone. Take the time to walk around the...More

The castle gives you a brief history of Osaka, very informative, and nice displays and well preserved artifacts. The elevator was crowded so we took the stairs all the way to the top. But you won’t get disappointed. The view was spectacular!
