Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Building Observatory offers some great views of the Osaka city from the Harbour Side. Again entry was free thanks to the Amazing Osaka Pass. Visit during sunset to get views of daytime and night time. Wasn't crowded, so we could spend...More

One foto-nut friend took us to the lookout in the Cosmo building. Arrived 4.30ish.. walked around the observation tower, and stopped at the part which had the sun and sea view. It was chockablock with camera stands.,some attended, some not. He was trying to find...More

The building itself is an office tower and because I paid an evening visit, no one was around at all. I was a little unsure whether or not I'd come to the right place and it took awhile to find the entrance to the observatory....More

Absolutely fabulous! If in Osaka you really need to go up the 256 meters for a spectacular view! It was really quiet Sunday morning and the 600 odd yenes really worth it!

Wonderful view of Osaka Bay. Best for Sun Set. Don't miss. It is also included in Osaka Amazing Pass. The view made us fail in love with Osaka.

Nice observatory but very much like the view from atop Hyatt Regency Osaka the view at night is peaceful and tranquil. It's also right next to ATC.

This attraction is free with Osaka Amazing Pass. To reach the top, we need to go by a very slanted escalator. For someone like me who have fear in height, I couldn't open my eyes at all. The observatory platform is open and offer 360-degree...More
