Bought tickets through their website to secure a slot. Make sure to take note all the feeding time, all worth it to see! One time entry only, so make sure you check and enjoy all species. There are some unique souviners after the walkalator tour that you can't see at the souvenir shop at the exit. We hope there will be a snack area inside, so visitors can stay longer to wait for the afternoon feeding time.

My visit was extremely disappointing. Although we had a good experience when we visited the place a few years ago, this time around it was quite different. We checked online the day before and saw that there were designated time slots for visitors. We assumed this would help with crowd control and prevent the place from getting too crowded. However, when we arrived, we were surprised to see a long queue that took us about 45 minutes to an hour to get through. The place was overcrowded and uncomfortable, with either non-functioning air conditioning or the heat from the people making it stuffy and hot. To make matters worse, there were about 100 non-English speaking visitors who were stopping on the staircase to take photos, which they were not supposed to do. Although there were foreigner staff present, they did not seem to care about the situation until a local staff member came and shouted at them. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve, as the foreign visitors clearly did not understand the language.

When we finally reached the entrance of the water tunnel at around 4pm on April 24, 2023, my family and I were already exhausted from the heat and discomfort. I approached a foreign staff member who was manning the tunnel entrance and asked if we could skip the queue and head towards the exit instead. However, the staff member rudely shouted at me and asked me to get back in the queue. This made me worry about what would happen if my kids fainted in the tunnel due to the heat. I believe that proper training should be given to all staff, especially foreign staff, to handle these types of situations better. I would not recommend this place to others and do not plan on returning. It is disheartening to witness this place, which was once great, regress.

I am a scuba diver, so I love to visit aquariums.
This was small but they did a good job a lot of sharks, rays and a few turtles.
Lionfish and my favorite leafy scorpion fish make sure to find the baby, so cute!
Get your tickets online to bypass the que.
If you can go to the back exit by the water wall and go upstairs outside you will be rewarded with a great view of the Petronas towers.
I would recommend 👌

The place is very nice to spend an hour or so if you are into this kind of activity. We were there on Sunday and we thought the place was a bit overcrowded but still very nice. Recommended.

Nice place to bring your kids to enjoy various type of sealife species. Unfortunately they got a very rude staff there. Like very rude that I would stop everyone from going there in the future. Woman staff, taking care of the early section right after the entrance, where you can see the starfish and rabbit. Sunday, March 5 2023, around 4pm~5pm shift. Aquaria management please provide a proper training to all your staff and teach them to atleast speak nicely to the visitor. We don't need staff like her to guide and explain what we see if she can't even talk nicely to us. However, most of the staffs there are really friendly and helpful. Teach the rude staff some manner and Aquaria will be one of the best place to visit. No doubt

This was a great place for the price. As something to just spend 45min-1 hour on it was good. They do have some good fish its just kind of small but for the price it was awesome.

The Aquaria is bigger than expected with many fish tanks and good educational sign boards. Went on a weekday at opening time which wasnt too crowded. The highlight is definately the escalator surrounded by sharks!

It's crazy. The place is over crowded. They should limit the number of People Come inside. I never see so many People in a close place like that. The travellator is not working neither the airconditioner

Good way to spend an hour or so. Aquarium is well maintained. The Otters probably had the least favourable enclosure. Displays are good and the set up of tanks good. It was very busy the day we went, would highly recommend buying tickets before you go. We pretty much went straight through with our QR codes. The line for tickets at the gate was extremely long.
It probably ended a bit too fast, I think a few displays have been removed since our last visit in 2018. Tickets pretty cheap, good entertainment if in the city.

I would like to lodge a complaint and dissatisfaction about my visit to Aquaria on 26 Dec 2022.

1) There was no crowd control giving rise to health and safety issue. The staff kept admitting visitors although it was already so crowded. We cannot even see the fishes. Only the back of people. The situation reminded me of the Itaewon crowd crush.
2) The ventilation was so bad as the air-conditioners were not working well. It was so stuffy and I was sweating most of the time.
3) The staff seem to be foreigners, having language problems and giving incorrect guidance to the visitors. I was asking how to get back to the feeding place in English and Malay language and I was shown the exit instead. And once we are outside, we can't get back in.

The visit was the worst experience that I have encounter so far considering the amount of entrance fee.
