You will find almost everything you might not need but buy it anyways coz it cheap. But don't forget to haggle. It's a sport, haggling for everything. If you are on a multi country tour, buy all your stuff there and don't waste your time looking for bargains in Singapore. I also noticed they love ICE watch brand. By the... More

I've been coming here for years and it's definitely not as good as it was years ago..... not as flamboyant, and the markets are not as competitive.... having said that I still turn up each visit and I'd recommend it to others.... it's a fun place, with a good range of cheap restaurants.

The interior and eksterior of the resturant looks a little bit bad, but dont let that fool you. The food was great and the staff was very nice and helpfull 😎

Petaling street offers variety of shopping options, you can get some good deal here based on your bargaining skills. Along with shopping you can enjoy authentic Chinese food here and some fresh juices.

Having lived down the street from Chinatown on Jalan Petaling, I have to say that, at first, it was overwhelming to go through here. People offering this and that and the constant hawking of goods. Now, I just walk through and ignore them altogether. Better deals at the Mydin store not far from here. However, if they ask you to... More

Here you find the closest you get to Chinatown in KL. The street is crowded and with small shops. When it comes to street markets you find much better options in other countries and it's pretty overrated.

The street vendors must have a strong hold on local politicians to be able to keep selling mainly fake copies of bags, watches and clothing to tourists year after year. Without the stalls blocking the walkways and pushy arrogance of the sellers you could almost enjoy Chinatown as itself. I buy my yearly depot of flu medicine Yin Chiao tablets... More

You have to haggle here! it is basically a massive fake brad market but its so fun to be there and experience it. Be prepared to stand tough with your haggling. don't just give in as its what they are good at. You can get handbags, purses, wallets, clothing, makeup, watches and tourist memorabilia here. A lot of fun and... More
