I have stay just 1 night in Bukit bintang area, simply,is hearth of KL. Lot of hotels, budget or expensive! Shopping malls Lot of restaurants(mostly arab and indian foods) Many small shops for buying everythings. If you want to go to Kualalumpur for the first time, you have to arrange your first night stay in Bukit Bintang.Because easy to acces everywhere from there.

We stayed in Bukit Bintang which was an excellent area to stay because it was close to so many great restaurants and to several malls. The monorail station was a bit hard to access because of roadwork, but soon as that is finished it should be easier to access. Great area and we highly recommend it.

The perfect area to stay in KL.very lively all throughout the day and way into the night. Ideal for tourist and especially for those visiting KL for the first time. This is the so called 'Arabic quarter' of KL and one shall not be disappointed. There are 4 main malls in this area,lot10,farrenehit,pavillion and starhill.Starhill also has a food court... More

At one time well-noted for shopping, entertainment and food, but it has now been overshadowed by other parts of Kuala Lumpur. Still worth a trip for luxury items. Good place to explore and who knows you might find something interesting to purchase.

I had never really explored this area much despite many trips to Kuala Lumpur. I found it to be really just a center for tourists. Some large shopping malls and eateries, mostly Western style. I prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities myself. It is good if you just want to stay in one area... More

This is a perfect place to shop for luxury items at a cheaper price. Very fortunate that most shops offered discounts. Great place to sample Malaysia's cuisine. I had a great time in this place. Very accessible through Monorail. Lots of bar. At night the place is alive.
