Tranquil hideaway
Jan 2020 • Couples
This is our favourite place to go for a couple massages in the City and we go regularly. The service is always great, clean and comfortable environment. Only negative on our last visit we didn’t get any of the delicious baklava (which is always something we look forward to.)

Amazing Bath
Nov 2019
I have been here numerous times and have always loved the high quality of service by the ladies here. The turkish bath leaves you squeaky clean and feeling amazing after. They do not take email enquiries though, you have to call and book directly. A little pricey for Malaysia but all in all, still an experience I would pay for again.

Take earplugs if having massage
Jun 2018 • Solo
the aromatherapy massage provided by Aziah was excellent; however, the experience was ruined by the constant noise which i believe comes from the upstairs gym. will go back but will take earplugs

Fantastic and unique experience
Jun 2018 • Couples
I booked the gommage, body scrub and massage package for my husband and I and cannot recommend it enough.
I have never had a Turkish bath experience before, and this was great. Decor is lovely and sets the mood. The scrub and steam was brutal! But leaves your skin feeling like a newborn babies, so worth it! We went after getting off a night flight and on limited sleep. The steam and scrub was very rejuvenating.
This was followed up with a Thai style oil massage that was bliss. Strong and great pressure but in a gorgeous room and very relaxing.
Highly recommend the package a great combination to restore energy and relax.

Good first time experience
Apr 2018 • Solo
A first timer to Moroccan shower & scrub session together with an hour massage.
Would appreciate if the receptionist could brief first timer or engage us to manage the expectation as I was early for 15 minutes to be prepped.
I was personally attended by Harija. First, wash & clean with black soap. Left for about 10 minutes in the steam room. scrub & rinse. Hair wash, rinse. Dry and relax at the waiting area. Was all done in 30-45 mins. My Moroccan lady scrubbed me in detail. 7/10
Chill with tea & small baklava before massage. Another Moroccan lady went into one of the room. Which later I used as my massage room. My massuer had to invite her out before letting me in. She was lying on the prepared massage bed playing her phone !(Personally find it unprofessional) The massage by Aziah was good & helped clear the knots. 9/10
The hair dryer was those cheap stuck to the wall type with low power. It takes ages to blow the hair dry.
Went weekday 6.30 pm. Enjoyed the privacy there though.
Staff professionalism could be improved for better experience.

Moroccan Spa Delight!
Dec 2017 • Friends
The only Moroccan bath house and spa in Kuala Lumpur. Really love the ambiance, friendly staff and services offered. Though it is on the pricier side but it is worth it and you will feel like you're being transported to another world once you step in. The gommage and massage is really relaxing. The mint tea served during your break/post massage is really tasty too.

Good experience with the hammam therapists
May 2017 • Couples
The therapists there never fail to do such a professional job. I always come out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! The exfoliating process and clay mask really detoxify the body.
Great job!

Best spa experience
Aug 2016 • Friends
I really love the scrubbing. Feels like a new-born baby. They washed you with warm rose smelling water. You are treated like a princess here. I am also in love with the beautiful interior.

One of the best spas in KL
Feb 2017 • Solo
The Hammam is one of my favourite spas in KL. It's base concept is pretty simple: it specialises in a Middle Eastern-ish hammam and gommage (scrub), with other non-complicated services to add on: massages, facials, hair treatments. (No mani/pedi services available, but plenty of other salons for that within BV2 itself.)

While many complain that the experience is "simple", I love it exactly because its format is simple. The service is straightforward, but their therapists are friendly and can be as engaging (or not) as you would like it to be. I also love the after-scrubbing chilling on the lounge chairs, when they serve a nice cuppa mint tea with my favourite baklava in KL.

Additionally, because the spa is small, you're often ensured total privacy. Even during peak hours, the most you'll ever see is 1-2 other clients (or couples/ small groups) on the premises.

Great place for a good scrub & some urban pampering. An average treatment of hammam + gommage + massage takes about 2 hours. The place gets fairly busy on weekends and weekdays after work, so do make your appointments early - as far ahead of your desired session as possible.

Go elsewhere. Worst.
Jan 2017
Therapist texting while I lay down and she believed I'm sleeping but I was awake. Since I was too tired and speak out this to reception after treatment time is over. Receptionist asked therapist that if she was using her mobile phone during treatment. Surprisingly therapist said I was the one brought own mobile to the treatment room and it was on so she heard vibration sound. SPA'S NOTICE SAYS NO MOBILE PHONE ALLOWED TO THE TREATMENT ROOM. I did even remove all accessories and kept in the locker. Receptionist advised me that she report to manager and reply back due they collected their fee before service commenced. And worst is there is no contact from them. I will never come back and not recommend to all.
