This oldest mosque in Male was built with coral and limestone. Outside the building lied mausoleum of the previous Sultan and their relatives.Inside the building is the magnificent decoration made from wood. Truly worth to visit once in lifetime.

I wish I could have gone inside the mosque as it only allows men or women with scarves. Please be forewarned to bring a scarf if you want to go in. My husband said it was pretty nice inside.
